Shipping & Delivery

‍ Every board is made, finished and packed by hand in Co. Longford. We post worldwide.

‍Ireland

‍ Flat rate €12. Delivery usually takes 2 working days from dispatch.

‍Northern Ireland

‍Same rates and timeframes as the Republic. No customs charges apply.

United Kingdom‍ ‍

€25 per order. Delivery usually takes 4 working days from dispatch.

‍Import charges: Since Brexit, parcels from Ireland to Great Britain go through UK customs. Because our boards are generally valued above £135, import VAT at 20% is payable, along with a small handling fee from the delivering courier.

‍These charges are set by HMRC, not by us, and we don't receive any part of them. Your courier will contact you to arrange payment before the parcel is delivered.

‍We're currently working with An Post to prepay these charges at checkout, so that the price you see is the only price you pay. Until that's in place, we'd rather tell you plainly than have you meet a surprise at the door. If you'd like an exact figure before ordering, email us and we'll work it out with you.

European Union

Depends on Country and weight. Send us a mail and we will calculate for your country. Delivery usually takes 4 working days from dispatch. No customs charges — the price at checkout is the final price.

‍United States and rest of world

€60 per order. Delivery usually takes 7 working days from dispatch.

Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country and change from time to time — email us before ordering and we'll tell you what to expect for your destination.

How your board is packed ‍

Boards are wrapped in protective foam and boxed in recycled cardboard. The packaging is plain and functional — we'd rather spend the money on the board than on something you'll put in the recycling. Every board goes out with a care card so you know how to look after it from day one.

Boards are heavy and solid, and we pack them to arrive as they left the workshop. If anything reaches you damaged, photograph it and get in touch straight away — see our Returns Policy.
